Well it was going to be announced sooner or later, but watching the surprise announcement of Smash Bros for Switch at the end of today’s Nintendo Direct was no less satisfying.
It looks as though some of the Splatoon gang will be joining the usual roster of Nintendo characters and their friends in the next episode of the smash (hah!) hit Smash Bros series.
Nintendo’s very short teaser for the game didn’t give much away, other than a 2018 release date, but we’re excited.
