CD-Keys, the company who provide Steam, UPlay and Origin keys for discounted prices, has dropped the price of Shadow of Mordor to £7.99 for today.
The Steam game costs just £8.39 on CD-Keys website but a further 5% can be knocked off by visiting their Facebook page for a discount code.
This is the lowest we’ve seen the game, which comes highly recommended by us, on PC and is well worth picking up at this price.
Shadow of Mordor has you playing as Talion, a valiant ranger whose family is slain in front of him the night Sauron and his army return to Mordor, moments before his own life is taken. Resurrected by a Spirit of vengeance and empowered with Wraith abilities, Talion ventures into Mordor and vows to destroy those who have wronged him.
The game feels very much like an Assassin’s Creed title with some elements of Batman’s combat and, of course, all set in the world of Middle Earth. It even features Gollum, with Andy Serkis reprising his role from the movies.
