Nintendo Japan this morning announced that the previously sold-out Nintendo Classic Mini: NES would be brought back into production next summer.
Nintendo of Europe were also quick to tweet that the console would be brought back in Europe as well, something those who couldn’t buy one (and refused to pay the scalpers on ebay) will be glad to hear.
The SNES Mini, due out at the end of September, will have a larger run, according to Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime, who warned people not to overpay for the console on ebay, as many did when they were unable to get the NES Mini in shops.
Both consoles look like they will continue their production in to 2018.
