Playtronic Games, made up of ex-RARE employees and some of the best Indie game creators, have added a new stretch goal of £2m to their Kickstarter for the platformer Yooka-Laylee.
The game is designed as a spiritual successor to N64 fan favourite Banjo Kazooie and has had a wonderful response so far on Kickstarter, where it has now raised over £1.2m, enough to cover the PC and console version development.
The team have pledged that everyone who backs enough to get the game will also get the first set of DLC free.
