Activison and Bungie’s Destiny has seen a massive downloadable patch added to the game in order to prepare players for the Rise of Iron Expansion later this month.
The biggest update from the patch expands the Earth map to make way for the new Plaguelands, the area where Rise of Iron is set.
In addition, weapons are re-jigged to provide fairer gunplay and a new weapon, the Trespasser side-arm, has been added, with side-arms in general increasing in power.
Rise of Iron, the major new expansion for Destiny, is out on 20th September, alongside the Destiny collection which contains all the content so far and Rise of Iron, too.
