Beat Saber gets multiplayer update today on Oculus Quest

For the first time in Beat Saber on Oculus platforms you now can take on your friends or random opponents. Rise to the top of the leaderboards in intense head-to-head multiplayer action.

Developer Beat Games and publisher Oculus are bringing the new mode to Quest on the same day the new Oculus Quest 2 headset launches. The game has been a staple of both the Rift and Quest platforms and is constantly voted as one of the top games on Oculus.

Beat Saber has redefined rhythm action games and has been a poster child for VR in general since it launched. The game is highly accessible for newcomers but also provides a challenge for those who have spent time honing their skills. It’s one of the games many people recommend on first getting an Oculus Quest as it shows the platform’s strengths off well.

In addition to the announced multiplayer, Facebook are also preparing a new Music Pack from worldwide sensation BTS, featuring TinyTAN. Play along to your favourite songs and connect with other players from around the world. The update will be available soon.
